• Rubber tracks 230mm or under

  • Prepaid Freight: Individual tracks under 150lbs will be wrapped and shipped via FedEx Ground​

• Rubber tracks 250mm or wider 

  • Two tracks or more: Free freight​

  • Single track orders: Flat shipping rate of $125.00 will be charged

• Tires - Solid & Pneumatic

  • 1,000lbs or more: Free freight​

  • Less than 1,000lbs: Customer is subject to freight charges

• All additional accessorial fees are not covered by IMSupply. These charges will be billed accordingly. 

  • Residential Fee: $90​

    • Charged when delivery is made to a residential address, including homes, apartments, farms, and remote locations​

  • Inside Delivery: $100

    • Applies when the carrier is required to move freight beyond the curbside or into the residence​

  • Limited Access Delivery: $100

    • Applies when delivering to locations that are difficult to access, such as schools, construction sites, churches, and storage units​

  • Re-Delivery Fee: $110

    • Incurred if the initial delivery attempt fails and a second attempt is required​

  • Storage Fees: 

    • Charged when freight is held at the carrier’s terminal beyond the standard free time due to scheduling or receiving issues​

Returns Policy

 

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This gives our team enough time to received the product and finalize the return process before issuing a credit on your account.
